Wise Solutions LG Ltd. (“Company”, “we”) operates the Resec Cloud service (“Service”). This Policy explains how we handle personal data. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and, for business customers, our Data Processing Agreement.
For account and website data, we act as a controller. For files and data you submit for processing (“Customer Content”), you are the controller and we act as your processor under the DPA. This Policy is subject to Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR.

Performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention); legal obligation; and consent where required (e.g. certain communications).
We use vetted providers to run the Service, including Microsoft Azure (hosting/storage), the Resec CDR engine, and identity providers (Clerk and/or Microsoft Entra). A current list is maintained in the DPA (Annex III). We require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments from each.
Data is hosted in the region(s) configured for the Service (e.g. Microsoft Azure North Europe). Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, tenant isolation, and audit logging (see DPA, Annex II). No method is 100% secure; see the disclaimers in our Terms.
Account data is kept for the life of the account and as required by law. Files and processing artifacts are kept per the retention configuration. Audit and security logs are kept for a limited period for compliance and security.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. For Customer Content we act on the instructions of the customer (controller). Requests: privacy@wise.co.il. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).
We use only essential cookies/local storage needed to sign in and operate the app. We do not use advertising cookies.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 16.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
